1. Where is your company?
Our factory and workshop is in Foshan, China. We are the manufacturer of stairs and balustrade. We also have office in Shenzhen, China.
2. How long do you need for production?
45 days for production, trial-assemble and quality control after shop drawing is confirmed.
3. How I buy the goods from you and how I get the goods?
Normally, if the solution confirm, client can confirm the order and release the deposit ; we will arrange the shop drawing for client’s approvals after deposit received; we will arrange the production after the shop drawing confirmed by client; During production we will send you production pictures and trial assemble pictures before the balance release ; after balance received we will release the goods. For sure, if needs we would like to arrange the shipment for you, and you may only need to do the custom clean in local,the goods will be arrive the site.
4. Can you do the installation for our staircase / balustrade?
Yes, we can, we have an installation team.
Actually, our products is easy to install and no need to weld, also we will offer the installation guide to install, from the economic and goods quantity here we suggest that hire local worker to do the installation if small order.
